  I have actilly meet Henry Allingham a few years back at Talbot house in poperinge,one of the nicest chaps you could ever meet.

  I can remember Henry Allingham being interviewed many times, he used to go around schools telling of the horrors of war.

  stationd at st.omer with the royal flying corps [later with the raf] in the first world war.a true gentleman.
