You may be thinking hang on a second didn't Jeane say she was against cosmetic surgery on a previous thread? What I am against are young women in their late teens / early twenties who are having unnecessary and potentially dangerous surgery. As I said before, fair enough if a something is causing problems mentally or physically or following an accident, but in a lot of cases young girls just jump on the bandwagon and become addicted to having bits nipped and tucked.
Women of a certain age know the risks and can make an informed decision. I can understand that Rachel, Sophia and Jane have been in the public eye seemingly forever and people expect them to look a certain way like they did in their various films. They have the money to go to a reputable surgeon and the results are great. Most young girls do not have that kind of money and will be forever in debt or risk going to a dodgy surgeon whom they have found in the back of a magazine or fly off to a country where cheap cosmetic surgery is offered, but hey your surgeon may not speak English, but never mind!
I'm with you Bern!!
