    Do you know if there will be an official announcement of this update? I am still interested particularly in the precise details of how this organisation has been constituted. Assuming that a Charitable Trust has been established, one assumes that the above appointments are as Trustees rather than directors.

    Also, the names you mention will probably mean something to most forum readers but, as a novice, I would like to know the full name and title of each of them and what their current relationship to DTC is.

    At the moment we still appear to have a situation where a large amount of public money has been poured into the purchase of a property predicated on the rather dubious supposition that it would have become a liability and a basket case when the current owner retired from the existing business.

    The current Mayor and Town Clerk appear to support this whole heartedly and have therefore volunteered themselves a the 2 initial trustees, seemingly with the support of the current Council. That said, Mr G. Wanstall appeared to confirm that he did not offer his support in a recent letter to the Dover Express (if I understood it correctly given the plethora of exclamation marks).

    Have I misunderstood anything?

    Finally, I hope that you (as my councillor) will be able to address any issues that subsequently arise on my behalf. If not, please could you point me in the most appropriate direction. Thanks again.
