With so much theft going on at the moment does anyone know what solution the police have come up with?
Houses and hospitals having Copper cable ripped out left right and centre and left without power, the tea leafs selling it on to scrap yards.
If you sell anything to a second hand shop you need proof of ID and an address, does this apply to scrap yards? I don't know.
Would it make things any better if the buyer had a heavier fine than the seller.
