    What annoys me intensely is to see lights on in the daytime - for weeks on end sometimes - what a waste !!

    Street light nearest to us in our cul de sac always went off at 11pm. Lately it stays on all night, shining brightly into our bedroom when we don't need it ... WHY ??
    it's not exactly a metropolis here in our small hamlet ....
