    That's ail.interesting Alexander, would appear that a lpw level of illumination would be the best rather than a total black-out if only for safety!

    There was a cute wartime song on this theme called 'Crash, Bang, I want to go home' sung by Phyllis Robins, all about the dangers of the black-out.
