    i personally think that is not a bad idea at all.. and if i could ask KCC to switch the one outside my bedroom window that would be great!! even every other one would be better, and lesson the street pollution.

    Whilst on holiday in Wales I have never seen soo many stars because they switch off the street lights after a certain time, and there was no orange or red glow over the hills..

    I have always argued that we dont need as many of the street lamps as there are, and if anyone has driven the a2 recently , they will have seen the cats eyes have been replaced by little led lights, and they are fab..

    maybe the way to go ladies and gents...
