    There is no joy in keep going round and seeing Dover the way it is and Mr Walkden you can not chalk up what is not there and keep on about the potential is awesome ,sir we have been saying things like that for over 40 years I for one is sick of hearing about it.Action Is what the public want to see not talk, and yet more talk . I do not think your district leader will stand again and some ways I will be sorry to see him go he knows what needs to be done but he does not have the means to carry it on and alot of his team of cllrs need to hang up their hats to.Some of the depts and officers of the D,D,C, are very good and help the public agreat deal.but that does not count for the bad planning office and the way it is at this very time.
