My question is nothing to do with ukip ,
I am a ukip member just the same as you are probably a Tory or a labour member
My comments are as a uk citizen and I have a right to comment on diverted money from the charity lottery fund,
do I not ?
We have a history in this country of money getting squander on consultants when the answers to the problems tend to be the obvious.
PS. You're doing a good job keep up the good work.

To date we have agreed the princely sum of £4,500 for a fixed term contract with a Community Development Worker to carry out activities that need doing but will be almost impossible to achieve through volunteer time.- the successful applicant has a clear set of deliverables she needs to provide and is currently giving a weekly summary of activities to the executive committee and will be making monthly reports to our open meetings.
The money is not "diverted" as this was part of the budget approved by the attendees at numerous meetings that were open to all - you could have attended and aired your views - you clearly chose not to.
The clearly stated Policy of Dover Big Local is to be open and transparent in all our activities - the only exceptions are compliance with Data Protection laws and if we ever sign a non-disclosure agreement with a delivery partner
