I got a lovely email today from the above two American`s, Bill and Ella, together with some picture`s they took around The White Horse last month. I didn`t know they`d taken one of me taking them. A very pleasant couple, and so full of praise for the pub, Jeanette and Dover itself. Yet why do just a handful decide to visit locally, while literally, thousand`s of other`s choose to go elsewhere? Maybe this pub circuit idea that Jeanette mention`s elsewhere could be somehow used in the tourist brochure? Good English food especially.
