  I note the previous posts .This is the realIty.Young people can afford flats,older people look to down size .In River we have some very nice flats .I lived in one for twelve years.I have visited many areas of the District .I wouLd not suggest converting houses into flats but good quality new build flats .A lot of younger people are not interested in Gardens older people find it a chore with aches and pains .Younger people in the Town Centre they will the ones to eat out and visit wine bars .
  I feel You can remember people with out statues .
