I agree Ross the trouble is that far to many of us moaners who are interested have other commitments or are too old to have the energy to do anything except moan.
As for many of our councillors they seem have no idea what their constituents actually want in the area they are supposed to represent, probably because they are afraid of the old stalwarts who are blindly toeing the party line.
