  Alexander, you really are the most arrogant and one-sided person if anyone has the temerity to disagree with you, aren't you? My comments on ET were right where they should be and as for assumptions that christians are all the same, they do all believe in Jesus and the bible (hence the name, Christians, from Jesus the Christ). If that sounds a little patronising, it was meant to. The Jew being slaughtered in Jerusalem at the culmination of the first Crusade was still losing his life to a Christian, in the name of Jesus, no matter which sect of Christianity they were. Do you suppose the victims of the Twin Towers were debating if the terrorists were Sunni or Shi'ite?
  We post here to air an opinion, not to show off how many church approved histories we have read. I would happily debate with you the conversion of the Isle of Wight as recorded by Bede and the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle but this is not the venue for such insular nit-picking.
