  had an excersion into the town this morning,only to find a chap in a joga position on the folkestone roundabout,nothing unsal you say,well it was seeing that he was half naked,with a washing line full of washing on it.and secondly another person dossing in the band stand,and not for the first time either.
  
  footnote,police attended the first scene and the chap was quickly dispacthed.

  yes howard i did see that chap this morning,but earlyer in the week there was a chap with a shopping trolly there for two nights.
