I don't think that's an option Jan.
I do thinik there is an argument for someone (Dover Chamber of Commerce's Business Support Manager perhaps ?) asking "appropriate" businesses if they would, in principle, allow their toilet facilities to be used by the public.
If not the Chamber's man, then perhaps the TC could utilise some of the young people at the LSBC centre where I work; they could promote Fair-trade in Town and ask about the toilets and any other useful initiatives or functions that the DTC officers don't have the time to do.
Many things could be done by these very enterprising and intelligent young people. It's a free resource.
