    John, I share your view of accountability. There is little prospect of the people we seek to take to account giving us the tools to do the job, it's not in their vested interest to do so.

    Therefore, I choose to take pop shots and try to wind-up local politicos on here as it appears to be the only place to get a reaction beyond legaleese speak or fatuous non-answers to a question that wasn't asked.

    If you have an alternative I'd be pleased to hear it.
