    But remember as Barry W has pointed out this number is spread over the 30 years of the planning permission which works out at 266 houses a year, if you look at it that way it really is not a lot and also 30 years is an awfully long time; we will have been through probably 1 if not 2 boom bust cycles in that time during which many if not all the houses that have been built will have been bought and sold and bought again
