    What hope does DDC realistically now have of pulling off its Sim City ambitions?

    The Thames Gateway development is stagnant, so why on earth do we in our backwater need all these homes? Who is going to buy them, and where will they work?

    The planning was based on pre-credit crunch, blue sky thinking when the forecast is for nothing but endless raiiny days.

    Back to the drawing board, methinks.
