    I saw your warning the other day above there Howard and took it onboard. But few seem to pay attention to these warnings. The seafront was alive with cars at high tide between 11pm and midnight on the night in question and with headlights on..all were savouring the spectacle of waves crashing against the wall and leaping 40 ft into the air. Most people at least parked on the inland side, however some parked their cars on the seaward side seemingly unaware that near boulders were being borne on the waves...bet a few cars were dented. Fortunately nobody appeared to get out of the cars as it definitely was not safe.

    By the following day a level of tranquillity had set in...
