I waited and I waited, discounting the every day stuff:the rosy fronted Erithacus rubecula and the trusty Passer domesticus. No matter though as I was not only blessed with a fleeting visit from the off-list Garrulus glandarius ('J' for short), but our smallest avian gem making full use of the bathing facility, the darling Troglodytes troglodytes. There are worse ways to spend an hour.
