  heartening to see that the palace is in tune with the times, rewarding the ones at the top and striping up the lower orders.

  the title is a testimony to brian's rough hewn charm.
  
  incidentally the rooms her majesty uses are heated only by small electric fires, so the boiler is an irrelevance there - not a lot of people know that.
