  agree paul - deal has a great seafront whilst other coastal towns have fallen into decay, this development looks a good one to me.

  Yes sorry but we see it is Deal again nothing to do with district cllrs living out that way is it? will the flats be one bedroom like the ones in Folkestone rd,will we see the full bins all left outside for all to see? Time will tell on all that.But we love Deal go there alot and nice to see it back to what it was.Sorry to say we will never see that in Dover.

  i think the developers have come to the conclusion that deal is more suited to what they want to build.
  
  all about demographics at the end of the day.
