  What do you want? Perfection and certainty? Because you won't get that for the simple reason that we are people. We are fallible (don't let's get dragged into that papal fallibility thing, it's not worth it), vulnerable and wonderful. We do odd things, have odd thoughts, and make strange decisions. I have two favourite sentences: Life's too short, and Everything matters but nothing matters frightfully. I get it wrong and I don't understand diddly squat, but I have the right to form opinions, worship if I want to, and make decisions you wouldn't make. As long as I don't stop you doing the same I reckon we can rub along. Oo-er missus.
  
  PS - I went to be a Nun once too - dropped out after a few months. And Leadership means different things for different arenas. Thank you, by the way. I think we have a lot in common...................
