    If you go now to the House of commons live right now they are voting again on the EU referendum yes to stay in or no to come out but also they are voting in a clause 11 .I must point out this was at committee stage and Clause11 was voted in by 295 to 65 so I think that means now that it goes forward to the full house of commons to see if the public will at long last get the referendum. I wait to see what Barry has to say about it ,I might have got it wrong.
