  i agree with ross on this matter,my opinion is that the two major partys are to lazy,blinkerd,stuborn bunch of idiots to conform to the european way of thinking.once conformed to the european way of thinking the out goings will decress and the incomings would be grater than the outgoings,in short we will get more back than we are spending hence breaking even with a small profit.
