  If you earned that much money, would you be constantly be checking your account if you relied on other people to do it for you? no doubt he won't lose out.

  Ah yes...Paul Carter. The man himself has been Tory Leader for all Kent for more than 7 years and is still popular. Quite a rarity nowadays..to be still popular in any role after 7 years but especially so amongst politicians. He was challenged recently for the leadership role but saw all opposition off very easily.
  
  You will all be relieved to know, as will Paul himself, that he has been re-imbursed for his losses...well after all it wasnt his fault.
  
  
  
  As for the guy with the £20,000+ swanning it in the Ukraine. Life in oul Blighty is far better even if ye had to hand the £20,000 back. It will soon run out anyway..what then. Now if it had been a Million and the destination was Monte Carlo we would all be tempted.

  Let us hope that KCC or powers that don't waste thousand of £s just to recoup £21,000. Best of luck to him but as you say it won't last long.
