  I know members read this forum.On Wednesday 5th March I chaired a meeting of the Full Council.I was aware of certain members who post on Dover Locals.in attendance .The Leader spoke at great lengths on the positve things that are happening within the District .He also in an answer to a question raised by a member of the labour group gave an update on DTIZ.
  The Cabinet meeting was on the 3rd .

  What Cabinet meeting are you referring to?
  
  What people are getting frustrated about is the lack of real information on DTIZ - if you look at the DDC webpage which should record minutes and agendas of the Cabinet group responsible there is not a single piece of information available -

  I think you might understand why this doesn't look good for open government.

  Sue, ignoring personal comments I'm trying to help people understand what has been going on re DTIZ, which is the subject of this discussion and the one on Dover Locals, not the Cabinet meetings.
  
  But if you look at the link above there is absolutely no information available for the public to see on meetings of the committee of which you are a member which is overseeing the DTIZ , and for all we know from the information available you might never have met.
  
  It would help us and you if could enlighten us on why this information isn't available.
