  This has come out today I have forward it to the Boss asking him to put it on the fourm because my printer has run out of ink,I have printed it out but all the words have alot of the letters missing ,but will have ago at writing the first page out later on.

  Paul I have just had a look and yes you are right just log in, ukip.org and go into local manifesto, haveing done that now ,what do I write about .

  had a look, seems a rather populist agenda with the emphasis on local referenda on many issues with the results binding.
  
  the other main thing was removing funding from politically correct positions into frontline services.
  
  could go down well, the two main parties are unlikely to go with such policies.
