  the truth comes out in the end.
  the new planning rules set out by the tories as a welcome to communities is actually goig to work even more against local communities making even harder for communities to run the communities as they live/.work/play in every day.
  
  
  whilst the planners need urgent reform, these new rules just run rough shod over communities
  
  but no one should have expected anything different from this govt struggling to hold the govt together being attacked from all angles(and thats just its own membership!!!!)
