Each millionaire in Britain will be receiving by post a £40,000 cheque as a result of the latest Tory policy, to impose austerity on everyone else, and send cheques signed by the Treasury to the millionaires.
Yep, my prediction that the Conservative party will steadily go down the 20's scale and hit the 17% popularity rating any time soon still stands. They have no change in heart, do they! (Have they got a heart of stone?)
