Richard, don't be deterred from the cause.
Speculation within the economy enslaves people and destroys freedom.
Profits must be reasonable, not aimed at speculative gains.

Speculation is the opposite of charity.
The one is to gain dishonestly, the other to give from the heart.

Speculation is also the opposite of hard and honest work.
For example, see Bangladesh: permission to build a 5 story building, add three more floors illegally, insert 5 textile factories employing 5,000 people at a time 24 hours a day, with all the machinery.

Pay the workers £30 a week. Stamp "Primarck" or "Matalan" on the label, transport it to the West and sell it at rip-off prices to the public. Meanwhile leave millions of Brits unemployed through premeditated calculation, then sit down and count the profits.
Result: over 1,000 dead in 5 collapsed factories and a "I couldn't care less" attitude from LibLabCon.

Speculation = unemployment = misery (UK) + exploitation (Far East).

Britain must stamp out speculation within the economy, no mercy, no compassion.
They showed none, they must get no quarter.
    Or fail!
