    And so with the pressure off DHB Townwall Freeway (henceforth an idyllic tree-lined urban boulevard, reimagined sympathetically by top town planners for a sophisticated evening Dovorian passegiata), does this mean the full DTIZ process can now go ahead, including the brutal mercy killing of Burlington House?

    But if this new lorry park can accommodate only 220 lorries, where will all the others go? (Estimates are that the number of lorries will grow and grow every year, of course)
