    Lovely pictures Howard.Before someone jumps on the band wagon Shepway flowers are always good because the residents pay much higher council taxes than Dover.Dover starts from a much lower base so any increase to the revenue budget is very slight .Shepwaywill always have a higher revenue account .
    I was speaking to a River resident re Council tax and still people don't understand how much goes to KCC Remark were made re how much the Leader of DDC gets and I can say he works very long hours and gets less than a lot of other authorities Leaders.
