- 20 November 2012 19:07202432I have seen the interior of quite a few of the 'yellow-brick' buildings which are in a sorry state as they have not been maintained since they were vacated. But with some much needed TLC they could be brought back into use, but I'm sure the developers have looked into this as they are quite dated compared to buildings 500 & 519 which are 'state of the art'
Such a waste to see these beautifully designed facilities 'moth-balled' as they would be perfect for a medical university or hospital. - 20 November 2012 19:10202434it is a crime to see such buildings go to waste this way, just goes to show the great wealth of the multi nationals that they can walk away and still be quids in.

Ministers have been written to consistently for 12 months plus warning them of implications.
I had my latest email reply yesterday saying there could be no exceptions to policy despite Enterprise Zone status.
It will get worse.
