The KMC here I go...Again

Next Sunday off to the Welsh mountains for a bit of rock climbing, absailing and sea traversing.
A school trip I have been looking forward to and have the joy of being acomponied by 50 females, I must be mental.
Leaving next Sunday I have the pleasure of spending my birthday on the 14th of Feb watching chic flicks and sorting the dry room out at the centre.

Do you all get into the same big hot-tub every afternoon to warm you up ? Rock-climbing, absailing and sea-traversing (is that the same as sailing ?) in February ! you're a real tough guy Ian.

Roger - 7 February 2011 09:1991801Good luck Ian,I went out with Long Distance Walking Ass yesterday and walked 22 miles from Pluckley to West Peckham,we started late,others (not me) got held up in the Pub,and we finally finshed at 18.45.
This is my first Long distance walk of the year it was rather strange finishing in the pitch dark,luckily we had some experts with a GPS system but I needed to put in the miles before May when I walk from Fort William to Inverness via Lock Ness.If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble! - 7 February 2011 09:2491802I can only gaze on in admiration at the energy that Ian and John have..powerhouse moves aplenty as they shimmy o'er hill and dale. I remember Ians pictures from last year and lovely they were. I will have a look now and see if I can find one of same and put it up.
But the bravest toughest aspect of all is going away with 50 females!! Gadzooks!!

I know that bridge well, it is one of the highest above the water in Europe (about 600 feet).

To be honest Roger and its only my opinion, I think the worst the weather is the more memorable it is.
Barry, waxing,nail varnish, All in my stride mate but I don't ( think ) it will go that far.
AS long as they sing happy birthday to me I will be more than happy and leave it at that, what a way to spend a birthday eh walking up or around Snowdon.
Thanks for the reminder of the photos Boss, I shall try to improve on those.
Brian, when in Wales it's the sheep that worry me and not the other chappies. The chappies aint got Red or Blue marks on the back of their necks.
