I have been trying to report an incidence of fly tipping to DDC for a few days now and the online form I complete keeps getting rejected. This afternoon I sent full details to Customer Services asking them to forward them on to Waste services and I got back an automated reply to say my message had been received and would be dealt with etc etc.
A little later I get this through!!
