I must be the most unpopular person in Dover because the TT tells everyone my ideas are rubbish - it became "personal" some time ago, so I was told by an ex-member of the TT.
The sad thing is that it is Dover that suffers (again), not me. I don't want a job, but I know how to make the market work.

Time for some facts here.
I ran the market for nearly 2 years, we peaked at 30 stalls and only in really bad weather did we have less than 20. It seems its struggling now, not sure why.
Roger, instead of moaning about what should be done, why don't you visit the market tomorrow and offer your services FOC until the end of the year? You'll be able to prove conclusively once and for all that your plan is the right one.
