visited their website to make a report, kept rejecting it.
emergency number to ring is 0800 5677699 if you see someone sleeping rough.

Brought a thread up recently, Howard, the other day.
As I was informed by a young man that same evening, and wrote on the thread, only the first ten people to present themselves for the night are accepted.
In fact I had asked him if he was aware of emergency care shelters, and he said he was, explained the "first 10 past the post system", and said he had a makeshift shelter somewhere.
Surprisingly no councillors anywhere on these threads.

Where is this 'front page'? Across the top of this page there are links to 'home' and 'news', but I see nothing in either place that matches what has been said above.

Have recently added a link to the doverforum.com front page, which Paul is still updating - it's under the Blogs header on the menu.

I still use the old front page because we still get great pictures of Dover on there from Paul and it is on my bookmarks bar.
