As you all know I have been againts this and the many that will follow them the parish and the way it is run will be gone for ever ,I can see it ending up just a part of Dover infact bigger that Dover its self with the build up of shops and outlets also, it will be a town not a parish.Very sad to see what is happing around us today and the way we live.What parish will be next on the list,River gone,Whitfield well on the way if in years to come if all the forward plans go ahead we will see the end of about four more parishs around Dover it will end up like the Medway towns all rolled into one,So keep all your old post cards because they will be the only thing which will show how a parish should be. Is it to late to stop it.? It is not but unless the public take up the fight to stop it by going to all council meetings both parish,town, district, even county one ,it will all go ahead.
