    The Falkland Islands and Israel are two different territories.
    Argentina has no historical claim to the Falklands.

    If the idea that one mass of land must belong to another owing to it's perceived vicinity, then Argentina could perhaps be claimed by the Falklands, or, for that matter, by Brazil, or Chile.

    And Turkey could claim many Greek islands, or vice versa.
    And the Philippines and Indonesia could claim each other, and China and Japan....or one could claim islands that the other already claims...

    However, back to reality, the Falkland are British, end of.
