I am sure that the eurosceptics on the forum will have a moan,sorry a rant.but have to say it was discussed and agreed apon with a majority vote.

we are closing care homes, frightening council tenants with a bedroom tax and taking money away from disabled people - yet we are having to throw more money at bureaucrats.

no howard,but that went through before the things you mentioned.so it comes as no surprise to me that they are blaming bureaucrats.however Cameron and co must have budgeted it in there forceasts.
