I have never used Twitter and only use Facebook to see the latest pictures of my greatgranddaughter.
I never phone companies with a query I always email them, that way I have a record of their answer.

yes the article did not deserve the headline.
i do the same as jan, i like something in writing.
in most large organisations if you send them an e mail you get a response from them that acknowledges it.
not true with the district council nowadays.
