  Taste in music has as just as much to do with marital relations as what she looks like or what accent she has. Personally I've never had an argument based on these criteria, but perhaps some people do to fill the void left by musical arguments. I'd rather be disagreeing about an album, or getting excited about a musical discovery, than deciding on the which shade of beige to paint the hallway or who's going to put the rubbish out.
  
  Cheryl is a 'role model' to many young people and this is sad. She has no interest in music, just celebrity and the product of a TV show concerned with image rather than substance...as I say vacuous.
