With the Secretary of Defence having a private mate going to the MoD 18 times on private visits, and attending 22 official overseas meetings concerning national affairs together with Liam Fox, but as a private mate of the Defence Secretary, we should all be concerned.
This mate has been claiming to be the adviser to Britain's Defence Secretary, and it also seems he purchased a company, or opened one up, which deals with Defence matters!
It is very obscure, and the whole thing should have been stopped long ago. Instead it all dragged on, and the PM must have known about it, he must have been informed long ago.
This is a scandal, we've been taken for a ride! How can an unelected and private mate of a Secretary of State have so much influence on national affairs? What was he advising in the MoD, and what was he doing on official visits?
It's not the question of who paid for his participations, but what he was doing at these meetings and what he was advising that concerns me.
There has to be a Parliamentary inquest, otherwise we can throw democracy and Parliamentary regulations away!
Our Country cannot be governed by the private mates of top-ranking ministers.
