  always used to be cans of special brew and tennants super, blue bottles of cider adorning the greenery and river of pencester gardens.
  
  since the police had a crackdown on our home grown imbibers there has been a marked decrease in these delightful tradionally english brews.
  
  we are now treated to the sight of the more modern litter courtesy of our new european friends.

  quite so howard,it is a tin of polish larger i do belive.very nice to,very simular to that 1664 stuff you can allso buy in the shops.[mind you i waited untill i got home before drinking it,law abiding person i am.]

  Really gives a bad view of the park and Town.

  there are no shortage of bins roger and they are strategically placed.
  
  the problem has changed the police have successfully driven out our home grown imbibers and our friends from the new europe have moved in and may not know the rules.
  
  had to do a double take this morning there was a chap on a bench drinking from a can whilst two children of primary school age, i assume they were his sons were smoking roll ups.

  That, in my book, is child abuse and neglect. Were the social workers too busy removing children from decent parents too polite to fight back to concern themselves with some challenging people?
