  i remember the money coming from central governement and english heritage grabbing the money very quickly.

  yesterday i noticed a sign that said the money came from the regeneration of coastal towns fund????
  
  how did they get the money?
  
  surely this should have gone to to the town or district council, not an organisation that seems to have no connection with the town.
  
  we all know that the money would have been desperately required here, not at a site that points people away from dover.
  
  how did we miss out on getting first bash at the dosh?
  
  the london road community forum is spending its own funds on making properties look attractive, roger is paying out of his pocket to produce literature to bring people in, apologies to those i have ommitted to mention.
