    Blimey - that's a bit different! Just back from Ireland - when it was booming instead of busting there was a fair amount of regeneration that will stand them in good stead in one or two of my local towns: the building work was good and has left quite a few places open to change of use or even expansion where it is viable. It was done while the going was good and I think will support a fight back. Sadly Dover doesn't have that structure in place yet. It has to be got while the getting is good.
