  For two consecutive collections they have walked past my black bags.
  
  Let me pose this question to Cllr Nick Kenyon. Ignoring for the moment that they ARE collecting black bags.
  What is the difference in chucking a black bag in the back of the lorry and a purple one?
  
  And another thing, if I supply my own black bags I'm saving DDC money.
  
  This intransigence on the part of DDC is baffling.
