    I have not touched my bins since shoving them to one side out of the way nearly two weeks ago and I am carrying on as normal such as I can.

    I do recycle paper for which I have used the green bag as the blue one disappeared and that was taken OK. All the rest is in general rubbish which was left this week but was taken the previous week, so it looks like I will just have to put up with a two weekly collection or do a tip run each week.

    This really is an appalling system they are trying to impose on us.
