A bit of a continuation from post number 42 here.

When talking to Paul Jaconelli at DDC he said that the decision not to allow me purple bags instead of the bins was that of his "leader". I asked if he meant the Council Leader, i.e. Paul Watkins but he said no, it was the Portfolio Holder Nicholas Kenyon.

My ground floor has three rooms. At the front is the dining room, in the middle the kitchen with a utility room at the back. As with all such Victorian houses the front window at the bottom is very small.

Just look at my view when I sit down to eat. Mr Kenyon thinks this is acceptable. I bloody well don't.

    Terry
